and i understand what's its like to be in bazleen's shoes. she's 7 and she's a slow reader. she knows her abc but when it comes to reading, she's a bit slow. but she's learning and one thing about her that is fantastic is that eventho she's a slow reader, she loves to read. welcome to the club, bazleen. :) i cant wait for her to master her readings and join me and her mom as both of us are bookworms. we LOVE to read. english novels, esp. yes, we are book freaks and proud of it.
back to the japanese thingy. it's really frustrating when i try to memorized it and yet i still cant read a short text in the text book. okay. a little bit. but to read this :
hajimemashite. watashi wa ali san desu.
(in hiragana and not romanji) took me forever to remember what does certain symbols means. frustrating, i tell you.
i am determined to be able to read and speak fluently by the end of the semester. the speaking part is no biggie. the writing part and readings are the ones giving me terrible headaches.
i'm off to bed. oyasumi nasai. sayonara.
